Arkansas also went it to see Marrero, La., John Ehret linebacker and Razorback De’Jon Harris on Wednesday as well.

Harris has been committed to Arkansas since last fall, but has also taken official visits to Oregon and Colorado and is visiting Alabama this weekend.

“I am still going to visit there, but I will be glad when this is all done with,” Harris said. “I’m as solid as I can be.”

He took his official visit to Arkansas last weekend and was hosted by current Razorbacks Tevin Beanum and D.J. Dean.

It went well meeting future teammates and they kind of took me around the town and showed me it,” Harris said. “We hung out a lot together and it was very fun.”

Harris’ family was impressed with what it found at Arkansas.

“They really liked it out here,” Harris said. “They didn’t get a chance to see everything when we came out here the first time, but both my mother and my father and my aunties really enjoyed themselves.”

Arkansas defensive coordinator Robb Smith has let Harris know there is playing time available early.

“On my visit, they were talking about how you have to come in and do the right thing and I know that I will come in and do the right thing from day one so I should have a shot,” Harris said.
