Arkansas-Grambling cancelled

Severe weather has forced Arkansas to cancel one of its baseball games.

FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas has cancelled its game against Grambling State because of severe weather in the forecast Wednesday.

The Razorbacks and Tigers were scheduled to play at 6:30 p.m., but thunderstorms are expected throughout the afternoon and evening. No make-up date has been set.

Fans who purchased single-game tickets to Wednesday's game may exchange them for a future 2017 regular-season game. Season-ticket holders can't exchange their tickets, but should keep them in case the game is rescheduled.

With the Grambling State game cancelled, Arkansas' next opponent is Alabama. The Razorbacks will play a three-game series against the Crimson Tide beginning Friday in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
