Kirk's Korner: Here, There and Everywhere Arkansas Razorbacks recruiting

Arkansas will host approximately 11 recruits on Saturday for unofficial visits. The prospects are from both inside and outside the state.

Arkansas will conduct its third practice of the spring on Saturday. Some talented recruits will be on campus to watch the practice and check out what the Hogs have to offer.

The visitors will include a mix of in-state talent as well as some from outside the state. It is also a combination of 2018 and 2019 recruits. In Arkansas, Jonesboro 2019 offensive tackle Darius Thomas holds an offer from the Hogs. Thomas is highly recruited with several other SEC schools already jumping on board with offers as well. Schools such as LSU, Auburn and Georgia.

The rest of the in-state recruits visiting are 2018 who are hoping for offers. They are Charleston athlete Sean Michael Flanagan, Springdale defensive end Isaiah Nichols and Lake Hamilton offensive lineman Will Burgess. Flanagan can play all over the field and will move to quarterback for his high school team this fall. He can play wide receiver or safety in college. Nichols holds an SEC offer from Mississippi State and also has some other big-time offers. Burgess has just started getting recruiting attention, but the offers will come. He is hoping for one from the Hogs and if he gets it his recruiting could be over pretty quickly.

Oklahoma City (Okla.) BIshop McGuiness 3-star offensive tackle Owen Condon holds an offer the Hogs and many others. He was also at the Florida game last year on an unofficial. Collinsville Class of 2019 tight end Grayson Boomer is the other recruit from Oklahoma who will be at Arkansas.

From Missouri, Camdenton Class of 2018 offensive lineman Josh Semau is visiting. Semau has several schools evaluating him.

The other visitors are Class of 2019 prospects from Texas. They include Houston St. Pius 5-star quarterback Grant Gunnell, Stafford wide receiver Jalen Curry, Spring Klein Oak defensive lineman Gerald Irons III and The Woodlands offensive tackle McKade Mettauer.

All four of those visitors are legit prospects. Gunnell holds offers from Arkansas and schools from all over the nation. Florida State, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, LSU and many others have joined the Hogs in offering.
