Has Arkansas Offer, Sets Visit

Big Mississippi Offensive Lineman Josh Winchell has an offer from Arkansas, and he has set an official visit to come see the Razorbacks.

Josh Winchell's football season at Southaven High School in Southaven, MS has come to an end, but his recruiting season has just begun. While Southaven did not make the playoffs, Winchell accounted for himself well recording roughly 67 pancake blocks on the season. He has set up three of his official visits, and he is hoping to visit two more of his favorites.

"I've set up official visits to Arkansas (1-16) and South Carolina (1-23)," said Winchell. "I've also set an official visit to Memphis sometime in January, but I can't remember the date. I'm hoping to go visit Michigan and Tennessee too, but those schools haven't given me an official offer yet. I'm pretty even with my Top 5."

With the football season over, Winchell has been hitting the weight room hard. He has gotten his bench press up to 380 pounds and said that his squat is somewhere between 600 and 650. He is an interior line prospect that has the tools to make an early contribution on the next level.

Winchell is also on track to be a full qualifier.
