Hawgs in Top 3 of 4 Star Texas DL

Cordero Moore is a 6-2, 260 pound defensive lineman of Horn High School in Mesquite and is one of the top defensive lineman in Texas. Moore's season ended with a disappointing record, 1-9, but his recruitment is going strong. Moore has set his first two visits and names his top three schools.

"I have set up visits with Arkansas on December 10-12, and Alabama on Dec 3-5. I am also going to visit Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Arkansas are my favorites," said Cordero Moore.

Moore knows what he likes about his three favorites.

Oklahoma: "I like their defense and I really want to go on my trip to Oklahoma."

Oklahoma State: "I really like them. The only thing I know about them is their football program. I don't know anything about their academic program or environment."

Arkansas: "They are the same things as Oklahoma State."

Though Moore has set an official visit with Alabama, the visit may not happen.

"I don't really know about them (Alabama) yet. It is just a date. I kind of want to go on the visit and I kind of don't. My uncle, Willie (Ryals) played there and my dad grew up in Georgia. My dad really wants me to check them out," said Moore.

The talented defensive end does plan to wait until after his visits before making his decision.

"It will be after my visits before I have any decision. I want to see how the campus life will be for the next four years of my life. I think the deciding offer for me will be whoever offers me the most in education and football."
