Arkansas has 18 verbal commitments at press time -- that last part is a must this time of year -- with 23 scholarships to fill by signing day, which looms like a darkening storm cloud in the distance. But the weather looks promising in Hog country with some of the top prospects in the country either planning to sign with the Razorbacks on the first Wednesday of next month or considering Arkansas as their future destination.
