Jones Could Dress Out Saturday

FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas senior Mike Jones, sidelined since the first minute of the Kentucky game Jan. 29 with a groin injury, could dress out for Saturday's game at Vanderbilt.

Jones practiced with the team for the first time this week since the injury and Arkansas trainer Dave England said Jones could dress out but he wasn't likely to play.

Jones averaged 11.3 points, including a season-high 15 against LSU on Jan. 19, in three games before his injury after playing 5.8 minutes in the 14 previous games.

Jones' return this week has helped Arkansas' depth.

The Razorbacks had been practicing five-on-five with no subs after the loss of Marcus Monk for the season to a football-related injury.
