Jermaine Petty had a feeling he would wind up joining the Cincinnati Bengals. A week and a half before last weekend's NFL Draft, Bengals defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Mark Duffner called Petty on the phone at night, then flew to Fayetteville and watched the Arkansas linebacker work out the next morning.
