Mention the name James Shibest anywhere on Butler County Community College's campus, and doors are instantly opened. Prior to becoming an Arkansas assistant, Shibest reached legendary status in Kansas' Jayhawk League by guiding Butler County to back-to-back NJCAA championship crowns in 1998-99.
