COUNTDOWN TO SIGNING DAY, FSN South's live, weekly, one-hour football recruiting update, continues on Wednesday, 1/11 at 6:30 and 7 p.m. ET (re-airs Saturday, 1/14 at 12 and 12:30 p.m.). Alongside analysts Jamie Newberg and Scott Kennedy of Scout.com, Cory Kessler hosts the one-hour show - the network's longest running series. Wednesday's second half hour does not air in TN and KY, nor in the northern one fourth each of AL and MS; Saturday's re-air does not air in NC.

COUNTDOWN welcomes as an in-studio guest, second-team "All-South" selection Marcus Sims (6-1, 220), who played linebacker and running back at North Florida Christian Academy in Tallahassee and is expected to carry his versatility to the next level. Marcus, the younger brother of standout Florida State linebacker Ernie Sims, has narrowed his choices to Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Miami and USC.

Also in-studio on Wednesday is one of the Peach State's top five prospects - Jermaine Cunningham (6-4, 210), a second-team "All-South" defensive lineman from Stephenson HS in Stone Mountain, Ga. On the season, Cunningham had 140 tackles, including 26 sacks. He has committed the Florida Gators.

"Inside the Helmet," a new CTSD feature with PARADE Magazine Player of the Year Mitch Mustain, highlights the Springdale (Ark.) HS quarterback answering questions about his official visit schedule, his participation in the U.S. Army All-American Game, and his upcoming college selection from among Tennessee, Alabama, Notre Dame and Arkansas.

We've
given him a video camera... now he's giving us the latest - in his own words!
