Arkansas wows Jenirro Bush

Mississippi prep basketball star Jenirro Bush (6-7, 175) talks about his official visit to Arkansas and where the Razorbacks fit in his recruiting picture.

Mississippi prep basketball star Jenirro Bush took his first – and what might be his only – official visit to the University of Arkansas this past weekend and left raving about what he found.

"I just loved it," Bush said. "I had lots of fun, got to see them win a big game and all the great things they have at Arkansas like that arena, the great big weight room, the academic facilities and the dorms were all nice. I got to go all around campus and was just impressed with everything I saw."

Bush (6-7, 175), a combo guard who is averaging 30 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for East Oktibbeha High in Crawford, took in the Razorbacks' 72-52 whipping of No. 16 LSU.

"They really put it on them," Bush said. "They have a lot of great players, a lot of young players and they are all coming back next season and they are going to be really, really good then."

Bush said that he will likely choose from Arkansas, Ole Miss and Mississippi State.

"Arkansas is definitely at the top of my list and I have three schools I am looking at in Arkansas, Mississippi and Mississippi State," Bush said. "I don't really think I will take any more visits because I know all I need to about the three of them."

Bush said he will most likely have a decision made near the end of his season.

"I'm thinking right around the end of February is when I will announce where I am going," Bush said. "That's when I'll be ready to commit."
