While he will be taking it up to the last few hours of the early signing period, Verdigris (Okla.) High guard Rotnei Clarke is now ready to announce his decision.
Clarke (6-1,180), who averaged 37.2 points per game last season and is on pace to become the state's all-time leading scorer, will announce Wednesday night between Arkansas, Oklahoma State and Oral Roberts University.
He also had offers from Kentucky, Kansas, Gonzaga among a total of over 30 that he received.
Clarke, considered by many as the best shooter in the nation in the 2008 class, will make his announcement live on the 10 p.m. newscast of Tulsa television station KTUL, which reaches into Northwest Arkansas.
The Razorbacks have already signed four players in the week-long early signing period, which ends at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday night.
