Two Former Hogs Join Nutt At Ole Miss

FAYETTEVILLE — Former Arkansas players Kim Dameron and Ron Dickerson, Jr., will be joining new Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt's staff, according to the Monroe (La.) News Star

Dameron and Dickerson, who were assistants at Louisiana-Monroe, will help comprise a staff that already includes Arkansas assistants Mike Marksuon, Tracy Rocker, David Lee, James Shibest and Chris Vaughn. None of the Arkansas assistants will join Nutt at Ole Miss until after the Cotton Bowl on Jan. 1.

Dameron, who played at Arkansas from 1979-82, began his coaching career as a graduate assistant with the Razorbacks in 1983. He also worked as Murray State's defensive coordinator under Nutt from 1993-95.

Dickerson has been an assistant n Louisiana-Monroe's staff since 2005. He played at Arkansas from 1989-92.
