Around The HORN: Diamond Hogs Notebook

On A Positive Note Even though the Razorbacks were unable to win the series against LSU, some good did come out of Sunday's 4-2 loss. Sophomore left-handed pitcher Dallas Keuchel worked a complete game eight innings and allowed just three earned runs.

"I had something to prove when I came out here," Keuchel said. "Coming in out of the bullpen, I just felt like I had had to prove something today.

"Obviously we didn't pull it out today, and we've just got to work towards getting everybody hitting, pitching and playing defense at the same time."

Sleeping Like A Baby

After his team blew a nine-run lead Saturday, few could blame LSU coach Paul Mainieri if he had a tough night's rest. But Mainieri said his sleeping habits were fine.

"I slept like a baby," Mainieri said. "Slept like a baby all night."

But apparently sleeping like a baby doesn't mean what you might think.

"Yeah, I tossed and turned all night," Mainieri said. "Isn't that what babies do? Toss and turn and cry all night.

"Like I said, I slept just like a baby."
