Arkansas coaches and trainers attended to Cisterna on the field for several minutes before the 6-foot-2, 210-pound senior finally walked to the dugout. At one point the Gilbert, Ariz., native stood up before losing his balance and falling back to the ground, but wasn't required to go to the hospital.
"He got hit, not square on, but pretty solidly in the face," Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn said. "It didn't bust any teeth or anything, just cut him. He was a little woozy, obviously.
"We'll see how he's feeling tomorrow."
Cisterna was helped off the field as he bled from his lip, but he didn't return to either game Saturday night.
