NAME: Lamar Johnson-Harris

POSITION: CB

CLASS: JR

HT/WT: 5-9, 173

OVERVIEW: Lamar Johnson-Harris didn't play on Army's varsity squad in 2012 because he was injured during the spring and was ultimately relegated to the JV squad. This year Johnson-Harris has battled his way to the top of the depth chart and should see plenty of action. As a freshman in 2011 Johnson-Harris was thrown to the wolves and played in 11 games. He had 20 tackles and intercepted a pass despite the learn-as-you-play situation for him. Being a year wiser and stronger should help Johnson-Harris to excel in 2013.

PROJECTION FOR 2013: Very likely starter. Johnson-Harris finished spring drills listed as one of the starting Black Knight cornerbacks. His experience and ability should help the Army defense in 2013.
