Morgan State is a university with 8,000 students located in Baltimore, Md. Last season the Bears played two FBS teams, Buffalo (L, 56-34) and Akron (L, 66-6). Morgan State runs a multiple spread offense and a 3-4 defense. Quarterback Robert Council returns to lead the offense. Last season Council completed 98-of-195 passes for 1,115 yards, five touchdowns and four interceptions. Council also rushed for 302 yards on 80 carries for three scores. All-MEAC linebacker Chris Robinson (8 1/2 sacks in 2012) returns to lead the defense.
