ArmySports.com Prediction

After a nightmarish game at Arkansas State Army tries to jump start its 2006 season with a win at home against Kent State. The Flashes had a pretty bad opener of their own, dropping a 44-0 opener at Minnesota. However, the Flashes moved the ball well on the Gophers and had both a receiver and running back post 100 yard games. Minnesota shut down Kent State on several occasions deep in the red zone to keep the Flashes scoreless. Look for a low scoring game with Army winning on a late field goal. Army is 94-19-3 all time in home openers.
