Army downs Fairleigh Dickinson

The Army Black Knights rallied from a 34-27 haltime defecit to defeat the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights 65-63 in a game played at West Point, N.Y.

Army was led in scoring by Sean O'Keefe with 17. O'Keefe was 4-10 from 3-point range on the night and pulled down 5 rebounds.

Junior Andy Smith added 12 points and 5 rebounds for Army and hit 3-8 from 3-point range.

Guard Joey Payton 10 for the Cadets who have now won two in a row.

Fairleigh Dickinson was led in scoring by Matt Hammond with 26.

With the win the Black Knights improve to 4-7 on the season. Army next plays at Holy Cross on Saturday at 3:15 p.m.

Fairleigh Dickinson falls to 5-5 with the loss. The Knights host Long Island on Saturday at 7 p.m. Top Stories
