Leaders on the floor: Andy Smith and Josh Wilson each had 15 in the win over Yale. Sean O'Keefe contributed 13. O'Keefe leads Army in both scoring (11 ppg) and rebounding (4.6 rpg).

Notes: Army continues to show improvement under Crews. Against Yale the Black Knights rallied from a 9 point second half deficit to get the win. The rally included a late 7-0 run for Army. Junior Andy Smith continues to do great things from beyond the 3-point arc. Smith has hit 37 of 82 (45%) from beyond the arc. All Army's top players are non-seniors so it's likely that this scrappy bunch will be a dangerous group in 2003-04. Notes: Army's win over Yale could have a big effect on both team's RPI ratings. Army is ranked 314 nationally by the College RPI rating service. This rating was before the win over Yale which has an RPI of 99. Yale had wins over Penn State and Holy Cross. However, they have recently fallen on hard times, losing 5 of their last 6 contests.
