Chase McCoy Interview

Tulsa, OK (Union HS) star tight end Chase McCoy talked with about why he chose West Point and the Army coaching staffs plans for him. Thanks for taking the time to answer some questions for What were some of the programs that were recruiting you?
Chase McCoy: New Mexico State, SMU, Oklahoma State, Northwestern, University of North Texas. What programs had offered you a scholarship?
Chase McCoy: Army and New Mexico State What are some of the reasons you chose Army?
Chase McCoy: Ever since I was very small I have always wanted to be in the Army. It was just a dream of mine and I felt that I could make it come true. What coach recruited you for Army?
Chase McCoy: Coach Garber What are some of the things the Army staff told you regarding your future role on the team?
Chase McCoy: I have been told that I will play tight end, but there are possibilities that I could play on the offensive line. Please describe for us your greatest day as a football player while playing at the high school level.
Chase McCoy: When our senior class this year won the school's first ever state championship in class 6A. How do you feel about playing in the annual Army-Navy football game?
Chase McCoy: I feel that it will be an awesome experience, something that I have never felt before. Will you play next season at the Academy or will you attend the prep school?
