Billy Fisher, a kicker for Canfield high school in Ohio, has committed to West Point according to a report by WYTV channel 33.
As a senior the 6-1, 170 pound star kicked 15 field goals with his longest being 42 yards. He averaged over 62 yards on his kickoffs and recorded 34 touchbacks. Fisher earned All-State, All-Northeast Ohio and All-Conference honors.
