Although I will be cooking on Sunday instead of Monday night! Our menu includes Crab & Corn Bisque, Fried Shrimp with New Orleans style tartar sauce and Hushpuppies!
Also considered BBQ Shrimp like Paschal Manale's!
BTW, we served the BBQ shrimp at the restaurant several times, the sauce is amazing for dipping with a crusty baguette. We used Royal Reds for the shrimp.
