Arkansas at South Carolina--I like South Carolina to win this one because the Gamecocks are little more physical, they have a marquee running back and quarterback Stephen Garcia is playing well. Also, this game is in Columbia plus the Razorbacks will have to play without their best receiver, Greg Childs, who was injured playing late in the game long after it had been decided. I wonder how Coach (Bobby) Petrino can explain that.
Idaho State at Georgia--This should be an easy win for Georgia.
Charleston Southern at Kentucky--This should be an easy win for a Kentucky team working on becoming bowl eligible.
Alabama at LSU--Unless there is some drastic improvement in LSU's offense, Alabama should win this game because it can score. Alabama has one of the better defensive teams in the conference and you can take defense on the road with you.
Florida at Vanderbilt--This should be an easy win for Florida that will set the stage for a game vs. South Carolina on Nov. 13th in Gainesville with the winner earning a spot in the SEC Championship Game.
Chattanooga at Auburn--The Tigers should keep on winning on what should be a memorable day for the seniors as they are honored. If the Tigers take care of business on the field, it will be a fun day for the former students when they return to campus.
Offensive tackle Lee Ziemba is one of the Auburn seniors who will be honored on Saturday.
In games outside the Southeastern Conference:
Northwestern at Penn State--Northwestern.
Arizona State at Southern Cal--This should be a close game, but I will pick the Trojans playing at home.
Wisconsin at Purdue--Wisconsin.
Iowa at Indiana--Iowa.
North Carolina State at Clemson--Clemson.
Louisville at Syracuse--Syracuse.
Maryland at Miami (Fla.)--Maryland.
Oklahoma at Texas A&M–Oklahoma.
