One of the most highly-regarded prospects in the state of Georgia is headed to play for the national champion Auburn Tigers.
Position/Scout Ranking: Quan Bray
, 5-11, 180, Troup County High, LaGrange, Ga., four stars, ranked as the No. 18 running back prospect in the country.
Auburn's Main Competition: The Tigers beat the home-state Georgia Bulldogs plus three other SEC teams--LSU, Alabama and Florida--for the Under Armour All-American.
Why Auburn Signed Him: Offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn likes players who can turn short gainers into big ones and Bray has those type of skills with his speed and elusiveness.
Worth Noting: Look for Bray to be a slash type of guy who can line up at multiple positions such as wide receiver/wingback/tailback and he might even play wildcat quarterback.
