Big Day Of Visitors For Mizzou Basketball

Recruiting is going strong for the Missouri Tiger men's basketball program as a talented group of players are expected to be in Columbia today

Today looks to be a busy day for the Missouri Tigers basketball program from a recruiting standpoint. The Tigers appear to be having multiple visitors on campus, including potential transfers Earnest Ross 6'5" 215 Auburn  and Keion Bell 6'3" 200 Pepperdine, both guards and taking a look at Missouri as a possible new destination.

Ross told that he was looking forward to his visit and that he might be close to picking a school soon.

" I will be there tomorrow (Sunday). As of now I have one other school that I might want to visit after Missouri, but as far as committing wise, you never know what happen during my visit,'said Ross.

Also set to be visiting today are 2013 Tiger commit Tyreke Coger 6'8" F along with his brother Rodney Purvis 6'4" G also from Upper Christian Academy in (NC) and Greg McClinton 6'6" 2013 F ranked #6 nationally at the small forward position from Winston (NC) Prep and an AAU teammate of Coger's.

Shawn Smith 6'4" G from Jacksonville (FL) Arlington Country Day is to have been at Missouri this weekend for an unofficial visit, and we hope to have details of his visit at some point as well.
