Talented Group Expected For A-Day Weekend

Auburn is expecting a talented group of prospects on hand for A-Day weekend.

The annual A-Day game on the Auburn campus means a big day for Coach Chizik and the Tigers. Not only is it an opportunity to showcase his current team, it's also a chance to showcase his program to many of the top football players from around the country on unofficial visits. That will be the case this weekend as Auburn is expecting a good group of players on the Plains.

Leading the pack is a pair of players at a need position for the Tigers. With Jawara White forced to give up football because of an injury, Auburn is looking for linebackers to come in and challenge immediately for playing time. A physical middle linebacker, Cameron Toney from Huntsville has the Tigers high on his list and will be on campus Saturday. Also expected in is athletic Jarrad Davis from Camden County High in Kingsland, Ga.
