Montravius Adams will play in front of coaches from at least two schools Friday night and he will then attend one of the biggest games in the country on Saturday.
Montravius Adams and Dooly County (Ga.) have their homecoming this weekend and they will be hosting Hawkinsville (Ga.) Friday night. There will be plenty of local fans from Vienna, Ga. there, but there will be at least two big-time schools in attendance as well.
"Both Auburn and Clemson have confirmed they will be attending the game Friday night," Dooly County Head Coach Jimmy Hughes told Fox Sports Next.
Ed Orgeron from USC was at practice last week to check on Adams and Georgia and South Carolina had coaches at his game a couple of weeks ago.
The No. one defensive tackle in the country visited Georgia last weekend and he had a good time in Athens. He will be at one of UGA's rivals this weekend.
"Me and my mom plan to visit Florida," Adams said. "She has not been down there with me before, so this will be her first visit to Florida."
The Gators and Bulldogs are one of many schools still in the mix for this elite 2013 prospect. He does not plan to take any of his official visits to schools that are close to him though.
"I know I will visit USC, LSU, and Oregon officially," Adams told Fox Sports Next. "I am not going to take an official visit to Georgia, Auburn, Clemson, or anywhere like that. I can get there for unofficial visits."
