Hardin Holds Three

Florence offensive lineman Cole Hardin has been busy this spring as he continues to draw a lot of interest from program around the southeast. He currently holds three offers, and talks about what's next for him this spring.

Cole Hardin, offensive lineman from Florence, Alabama, is a busy man these days.

The junior has received three offers, and very well could see more as his coach is actively helping his players get their film out to prospective programs.

"Coach Dubose does a great job for us getting out our video and talking us up to college programs," he said. "I now have three offers, Southern Miss, Memphis, and Middle Tennessee State."

Hardin was on his way back from Tennessee as he took an unofficial visit up to Knoxville this weekend.

His next junior day could come March 23rd in Hattiesburg.

"I'm planning on coming down to Southern Miss for their junior day," he said. "I really like the program a lot, and I love what Coach Monken is bringing. He's an exciting coach and I know he's going to get them back on the right track.

"I know they are a winning program and have a great tradition, and I like that a lot."

Hardin said the connection with Southern Miss started when his coach sent his film down to Coach Thacker at Southern Miss.

He's excited about what the spring holds as he focuses on working out with his team and preparing for a big senior season.

"There is always room for me to get better," he said. "I have a lot of work to do, and I'm going to work everyday to be the best player I can be. We are getting up early for work-outs, and we are also practicing every day.

"My teammates and I want to make the most of our senior season."

We'll have a full follow up with Hardin after junior day at Southern Miss on the 23rd.
