"I have more time to come, it's just something I've always wanted since I was a little kid. I just can't stop here, I have to keep working hard to get more," said Mullins.
The 6-foot, 168-pound athlete may be wanted by many, but he isn't focused too much on his recruitment. He loves the game and loves improving.
"It all starts in practice and in school. First it starts in school. I have to do well in school before I come to practice and do what I do," he said
"I'm learning how to run my routes, the right steps, how to get off the line. It's cool to learn new things every year."
Mullins won't be making a college decision any time soon, but when he does think about which schools he likes early, three come to mind.
"I really like Tennessee, Clemson and Auburn," he said.
"The facilities, the academic programs, they're great. But, I have three more years to decide where I want to go."
