The talented, 6'2, 185lb. safety looks for his recruiting to take off now that his season is over.
"We finished our season with a 6-4 record in the toughest region in Alabama," Campbell today GoldenEaglePride.com today.
"We didn't make it to the playoffs, so that was disappointing."
Campbell battled through an injury and ended up having quite a season.
"I really felt like I played well this year, I played through a back injury so to play through that I felt like I did really well," he added.
"I have gotten better and to the point where I feel comfortable on playing any position."
"Auburn is probably my leader right now," he said. "If they were to offer I'd really consider it. I go up there a lot."
Campbell also said he's hearing a lot from Southern Miss.
"They check up on me every week to see how I'm doing," he said. "They have a good relationship with me and have always been pursuing me a lot."
He does not have a specific list of where he is going to visit, but he hopes to take a couple of visits before making his pledge somewhere.
