Stephen Roberts, Opelika High--At 6-0, 185, Roberts has the athletic ability to play cornerback or safety in Auburn's scheme when he arrives on the Plains. Also a former Alabama commitment, Roberts is a versatile player that could also return kicks for the Tigers when he gets on campus next fall.
Racean Thomas, Oxford High--One of the top running back prospects in the country, Roc is a physical runner at 6-0, 210 and also has the speed to take it the distance at any time. Following a monster senior season for the Yellow Jackets, Thomas is one of the favorites to win Alabama's Mr. Football for 2013.
Sean White, University School, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.--A very productive quarterback this season for University School, White was named the MVP of the Elite 11 last summer and continued his strong play as a senior. He is Auburn's lone quarterback commitment for the 2014 class.
Tre Williams, St. Paul's, Mobile--One of the top linebacker prospects in the country, Williams was a team leader in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game and recently named a USA Today All-American as well. He should have a chance to play very early for the Tigers in 2014.
Tony Brown, Ozen High, Beaumont, Tex.--Rated the nation's number one cornerback prospect, Brown is 6-1, 185 and has better than 4.4 speed in the 40-yard dash. With offers from all over the country he might be considered a longshot, but if the Tigers can get a visit from him in January they'll have a legit shot.
Rashaan Evans, Auburn High--Maybe the top all-around athlete in the country for the 2014 class, the 6-3, 218 Evans played defensive end and outside linebacker at Auburn while also lining up some at running back and wide receiver. Rated the top outside linebacker in the nation by Scout.com, Evans is being recruited to play the ‘star' position by Auburn and could be an immediate impact player in Johnson's defense.
Travis Rudolph, Cardinal Newman High, West Palm Beach, Fla.--A talented wide receiver that has a strong relationship with Auburn assistant Dameyune Craig, Rudolph is also looking strongly at Florida State, Alabama and Florida in addition to the Tigers. Having already visited all four schools, Rudolph could make his decision during Under Armour week.
Dontavius Russell, Carrollton High, Carrollton, Ga.--A powerful and athletic defensive tackle, Russell was a longtime commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs before backing off that decision following a trip to Jordan-Hare Stadium. With Auburn strongly in the picture for him and Rodney Garner recruiting him, the Tigers should get a visit in January and have a made a strong push for the 6-2, 285 Russell.
