The offers continue to roll in for 2016 Spartanburg running back Tavien Feaster. Scout.com named him the #19 prospect in the nation overall recently and he's currently the #2 ranked running back in the country. On Tuesday night another school stepped up and extended Feaster an offer.
"Auburn offered!" Feaster messaged us.
The 4-star says that coach Bobby Bentley informed him of the offer but coach Tim Horton is his primary recruiter for the Tigers.
The 2016 prospect is keeping an active schedule. The other week he helped his Spartanburg team win the National Select 7on7 Tournament in North Gwinnett Georgia. He put on an outstanding performance showing everyone why he's so highly regarded nationally.
"I'm going to the IMG 7on7 right now and I'll be camping with Florida State this weekend."
Camping with Florida State Feaster says will give him an opportunity to see how the FSU staff coaches and would like to use him in their offense. It'll also afford Feaster an opportunity to tour the campus and check out the Noles' facilities he says.
Last week a report surfaced that Clemson has emerged as his early leader after camping with the Tigers last week. He confirmed that and we asked him if there was any chance that he'd commit early in the process if he found the right fit or feel with a school?
"I could, if that's 100% of where I want to be."
We'll follow up with Feaster following his time at the IMG 7on7 and Florida State camp so keep it right here with SCPrepNation.com for more breaking news regarding the #1 prospect in the state of South Carolina for 2016.
