Valentine-Okeke With Three Visits Set

Talented offensive tackle Chidi Valentine-Okeke will take three SEC visits in December before making a January commitment.

Stockbridge, Ga.--A fast-riser in the college football recruiting ranks, massive offensive tackle Chidi Valentine-Okeke was thought to be a must-have recruit in the 2016 class, but recently the Faith Academy North standout was re-classified as a 2015 prospect.

That has amped up his recruiting into overdrive with his decision expected to come at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Jan. 3 in San Antonio. Scheduled to take an official visit to Georgia this weekend, the four-star prospect will be in Auburn next weekend to see the Tigers.

A visitor for an Auburn camp over the summer, Valentine-Okeke received an offer from the Tigers following an impressive performance against some top defensive line talent. Idolizing former Auburn standout and current St. Louis Rams tackle Greg Robinson, he’s a player who is still learning the finer points of the game of football, but has the talent to be an impact performer on the next level.

Valentine-Okeke told Inside the Auburn Tigers he will take his final visit to Alabama following his trip to Auburn before making his decision in January.
