“I also got to catch up with some of my teammates from the Georgia Stars like Davion (Davion Mitchell) and big Ike (Ikechukwu Obiagu) because they live far from me,” he pointed out. “I don’t to get to see them very much.”
The power forward has a lot of scholarship offers and Auburn is one of them. He said the interest is mutual. “The colleges that are showing the most interest now are Auburn, UGA (Georgia) and Georgia Tech,” he said. “I just got an offer from Wake Forest on Thursday.

Wherever he goes to college Okeke already seems certain about what he wants to study when he gets there. “I want to own my own business so I want to study business,” he said.
Okeke noted that he has been in the gym a lot lately working on improving his shooting range. “Right now I am comfortable from just behind the three-point line, but I am trying to expand it more than that,” he said. “I am also in the weight room trying to get stronger.”
Okeke, who just turned 17 years old last week, said he is currently six-foot-eight and said that he is probably not through growing.
