“I enjoyed it,” Reese said. “It was fun playing with the guys and stuff. It was very good competition. The tour was really good. I like it down there.”Bringing in a group of their top prospects to allow them to bond as well as get a closer look at Auburn meant Reese got to spend time with other top players including close friends Austin Wiley, Jamal Johnson and Garrison Brooks from in-state and many others.
“It was neat to be around a bunch of the top prospects,” Reese said. “It was really fun.”
Reese finishes in traffic at Sunday's camp
Showcasing his skills while teaming up with Brooks during Sunday’s camp, Reese displays the game that would allow him to be the perfect stretch-four on the next level. With the ability to run the floor and handle the ball while also possessing a very good touch from the perimeter, Reese said Auburn’s system is one he feel like would be a good fit for him.
“It’s just the feel there,” Reese said. “It’s nice. I like it down there. I like the coaches, their style of play. It’s a nice fit.”
“I don’t have a top list yet,” Reese said. “I’m still open. I’ll narrow things down at some point and I’ll make my decision from there.”
