AUTigers.com Joins Network, Tiger Ticket Is Here!

Our premium service has returned now that we have linked up with TheInsiders.com network to provide expanded coverage for Auburn fans.

Auburn, Ala.--AUTigers.com is once again offering a premium service to its readers in conjunction with the TheInsiders.com network. With our Auburn premium service (Tiger Ticket) there may be a few questions. So, here are some FAQs that hopefully will help get you squared away on all the information you need to subscribe to Tiger Ticket:

How much will it cost?

The Tiger Ticket "Insiders Pass" is $4.95 per month or $59.95 for an annual subscription. The $59.95 annual subscription is a discounted price because we have been told that later this year the monthly subscription will go up as new features are added.

What will I get for it? What other features will I get with my subscription?

With Tiger Ticket you get access to the premium information, which is the best information that Inside the Auburn Tigers can provide Auburn fans. In-depth recruiting coverage will be included in the premium service as well as magazine quality feature articles and expanded photo coverage. Over the next several months, more features will be added, including premium chat and e-mail notification. You'll also get access to all the other college team premium stories in the network.

How do I sign up?

Click on any premium article (ones with the stars) or the Tiger Ticket subscription link and follow the easy sign-up instructions.

Where will I be able to access the stories?

The stories will be accessible in different places. You'll be able to access them like you would any other story that is displayed on the front page, only the premium stories will have a star next to their headline. There is also a premium story archive that you can reach from the left-hand navigation bar on the site.

Will every story be premium?

We plan to continue to provide a mix of free and premium content features as we did earlier in our previous network site with Rivals.com.

Will you continue to have free message boards that are managed by your staff?

Yes.

Do you plan to honor the old Premium Plus subscriptions from Rivals.com that shut down its network earlier this year?

Yes. The new network will be sending emails to subscribers whose subscriptions had not expired when Rivals turned off the network.

Why are you honoring subscriptions that were sold by another company that will probably never reimburse Inside the Auburn Tigers for many of the services rendered providing Auburn coverage to the Rivals Network?

Each site in this new network that was previously affiliated with Rivals was given the option to pickup the old Rivals accounts or start fresh. Some chose a fresh start. It is our choice to honor the old Auburn Rivals accounts because we believe most of the subscribers were buying the content and expertise of the staff of Inside the Auburn Tigers Magazine and Football Newsletter. While there are good reasons for us to not honor the Rivals accounts, the bottom line for us is that we are Auburn people and we strongly believe in going the extra mile to do what we believe is the right thing for our fellow Tigers.

Do you anticipate a smooth transition to the new network and with the return of premium content?

As one of the original Rivals sites during the start of the network, we are certain there will be growing pains. However, as a staff we pledge to do work as hard as possible to keep the problems to a minimum like we did this summer at our interim web site.

If I have Tiger Ticket problems, whom do I contact for customer service?

For the time being, send any subscription related customer service requests to mark@autigers.com or jason@autigers.com. You can help the efficiency of the site and increase the information provided on the site if you limit your customer service requests to only very vital matters. The more time we spend on premium customer service the less time we have to gather premium information. Please read this FAQ page thoroughly and the FAQ page attached to the subscription sign-up page to help answer any of your questions.

Is there other premium information I can purchase and will it also help support AUTigers.com?

There is an added recruiting package that can be purchased in addition to the Tiger Ticket premium package called "The Insider's Recruiting Pass." The Recruiting Pass provides you access to all of the recruiting sites in TheInsiders.com network, including Newbergrecruiting.com, Blue Chip Hoops, JCFootball.com, prepatlantic.com, poolrecruiting.com, heartlandrecruiting.com, Prep West Hoops and Pac-West Football. All of these sites can now only be accessed by subscribing to the recruiting package. As part of the package, new features are on the way, including a searchable recruiting database, premium message boards, chats, email alerts and more. Also, if you purchase a network ticket it directly helps support AUTigers.com. "The Insider's Recruiting Pass" is $5.95 per month or $69.95 annually. The Insiders Recruiting pass is a separate subscription. You do not receive access to Tiger Ticket premium information if you subscribe to the Insiders Recruiting Pass.
