Defensive backs Jeremiah Dinson and Javaris Davis have a little fun at fan day. Dinson has responded well to his surgeries from last season, but is still expected to redshirt this season. Davis is making a push for a starting assignment.

Seniors Johnathan Ford and Montravius Adams are two of the leaders on defense. Ford, who plays the nickel position and returns kickoffs, led the Tigers in tackles the past two seasons. Adams has been a contributor at tackle since his freshman season.
