Auburn, Ala.--Completing 17-23 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns while adding 60 yards rushing on 10 carries, sophomore quarterback Sean White led the Auburn Tigers to a dominating offensive performance in a win over Arkansas State. Running the show until turning things over to John Franklin in the fourth quarter, White had perhaps the best all-around game at Auburn.
“I think he did very well," Coach Gus Malzahn said of White's play. "He was able to run the football and I think that is a big factor. He did a good job with some of our read zones and gap zones. He also did a good job when things broke down. The play where he pitched it to Kerryon Johnson was an unbelievable play for him just to get the ball out and then KJ made a wild play when he cut it back across the field.”
He talks about his play and the play of the offense in the win in this video presentation.
