Cordele, Ga.--Class of 2019 football prospect Jammie Robinson said it is early in the recruiting process and he isn’t sure about any favorites, but he was certain he had a good time in Auburn Tigers on Saturday.
Attending AU’s annual Big Cat Weekend, he said, “I had a great time today with Coach Brown,” he said of Greg Brown, Auburn’s new secondary coach.
“We all had fun,” Robinson said. “We all had a scavenger hunt, an eating contest and did karaoke.”
He said that the scavenger hunt and getting to interact with the coaches were his favorite parts of the event. Robinson noted that Auburn is recruiting as a defensive back/athlete.
Commenting on Brown, the prospect said, “He is a nice coach, I?love talking and communicating with him. Anything I ask him he lets me know what’s up and tells me the real deal.”
The Crisp County High standout, who already has numerous scholarship offers, said he plans to return to Auburn as he continues the recruiting process.
