The first of two photo galleries from Auburn's 45-7 victory over Vanderbilt Saturday in Nashville.

Tailback Carnell Williams fights off a would-be tackler to gain yardage against the Vanderbilt defense. Williams finished with 69 yards rushing on 19 carries with one touchdown.

Fellow tailback Ronnie Brown did his part in Auburn's win with a dive over the top for a touchdown. Brown had 50 yards on 14 carries as the Tigers rushed for 219 yards on the day.

Something that helped the running game in Saturday's victory was Auburn's early decision to throw the ball deep. Although the throw was just out of the reach of receiver Courtney Taylor, it loosened up the Vandy defense considerably.

Auburn's defense wasn't going to be outdone on Saturday as they shut down a potent Vanderbilt offense. Here linebacker Karlos Dansby and defensive tackle Spencer Johnson converge on quarterback Jay Cutler.

Auburn quarterback Jason Campbell and wide receiver Silas Daniels keep cool on the sidelines with capes designed to cool you down in hot conditions. They are made out of the same material Nascar Drivers use in 'Cool Suits' under their driving uniforms.
