2004 SEC Baseball Standings Week Nine

An Ole Miss sweep of Florida highlighted a big weekend of baseball in the SEC.

With one week remaining in the regular season, things couldn't be tighter in the Southeastern Conference as six teams are within one game of the overall best record in the league while five more teams are fighting it out for the remaining two spots in the SEC Tournament. While the race for the top is a strong one, the bottom half is expected to be nothing less than a shootout with Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Auburn, Mississippi State and Alabama all fighting for postseason life. The following is a rundown of the weekend's games and current standings.
