Tennessee Quarterback LikesThe SEC

This athletic quarterback prospect from Tennessee has the Tigers on his early list of favorites.

Mount Juliet, Tn.--Levi Brown is an athletic QB out of the Volunteer State. He has an imposing 6-4, 210-pound frame and also has an early top five.

"I've been hearing from a lot of schools like Ole Miss, Auburn, Maryland, Harvard, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Kentucky and Louisville," Brown says. "My top five right now is Ole Miss, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and Auburn."

What stands out about each of the schools on the quarterbacks list?

Ole Miss: "I like their coaching staff, the campus and the school in general."

Tennessee: "I've been a big fan for a long time and they have a great program."

Kentucky: "They have put quite a few quarterbacks in the NFL, so they must have a good program overall."

Florida: "I like their location and they have a history of being a strong team. I also have some relatives in Gainesville."

Auburn: "They are a good program and I have family in Auburn as well. I like the campus a lot."

What are the things Brown is searching for in a college?

"I'm looking for somebody who throws the ball a lot and a good coaching staff that will teach me what I need to get better," he explains.

With the heavy SEC flavor on his leaderbord, is there something the Mount Juliet native prefers about the conference?

"I just think it's a good conference and probably the best conference," Brown notes. "They have a lot of history with good teams."

Where is the athletic quarterback planning on camping this summer?

"I'll be at Ole Miss, Kentucky, Auburn and Florida," he says. "My team will be at the seven on seven camps at Vanderbilt and Tennessee."

Another positive for teams interested in Brown is that he is an excellent student who will have no trouble qualifying academically.
