Power Forward Re-Opens His Recruitment

This power forward prospect, who committed to Colorado last October, has decided to check out some other colleges before making his final decision.

Memphis, TN.--Calvin Williams, a six-foot-seven inch, senior power forward out of Memphis Hillcrest "rushed" his decision to commit to Colorado last year, and according to his father, has re-opened his recruitment.

Williams commited to the Buffaloes last October during his junior season, but now it appears he wants to check out some other options.

Auburn, Arkansas-Little Rock, Arkansas State, Miami and Colorado are set to do in-home visits this month.

"I think we got caught up in the hoopla and made a quick decision," Calvin's father said. "After the summer circuit, he saw that a lot of folks were interested. We rushed it. After thinking about it a long time and getting out on the summer circuit and some of the major colleges showing interest, we rushed it."
