Standout Defensive Back Makes It Official

Looking for help at the cornerback spot the Tigers landed one of the top players in Georgia for the position.

Albany, Ga.--Cornerback Aairon Savage of Westover High School in Albany, Ga., signed scholarship papers on Wednesday to attend Auburn.

Savage, the younger brother of former Oklahoma record-setting receiver Antwone Savage, drew an offer from the Auburn coaches after an impressive showing at an Auburn football camp last summer. He committed shortly after on Aug. 10.
