Seating Limited For March 18th A-Day Game

Auburn, Ala.--Auburn's annual spring football game, A-Day, will be held March 18 at 1 p.m. at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Because of current construction to the west and east concourses, approximately 10,000 tickets will be available for the game. Seating will be limited to the south stands, Auburn officials said on Wednesday.

There will be limited access and availability to Jordan-Hare Stadium on A-Day. Concession stands and restrooms will only be open on the South concourse and there will not be a post-game autograph session.

The Phase 1C renovation of Jordan-Hare Stadium, which includes new concessions areas, new fencing, new flooring and expanded restrooms to the west and east concourses, are currently on schedule to be completed by summer 2006.

Tickets for A-Day are $5 and will be available for general purchase beginning March 3. Tiges Unlimited Fund (TUF) members will be able to purchase A-Day tickets on March 1 while Auburn University Students may pick up tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning March 15 at the coliseum ticket office.

Tickets may be purchased by calling 1-800-AUB-1957, ext. 1, on-line at, click "TICKETS" or in-person at the coliseum ticket office, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Auburn will tentatively begin spring practice on February 28.
