Mississippi WR Has Tigers In His Top Three

A report is featured on wide receiver prospect Wilbert Lee.

Puckett, Miss.--Wilbert Lee has a pretty good handle on things. He knows that he wants to play for a winner, but not if that means straying too far away from friends and family.

The 6-1, 175 wide receiver prospect from Puckett High is getting some interest from schools in the Southeast and that's just fine by him. "I am getting letters from Ole Miss, Florida, Auburn and LSU. I don't have any offers yet," Lee said.

He has a working list of favorites and took a moment to explain why he liked each school.

Ole Miss--"I like the coaches up there and the whole atmosphere at Ole Miss is great," he said.

Florida and Auburn--"I like Florida and Auburn for the same reason," Lee said. "They are both great teams with a winning tradition."

The likeable Lee says that his ability to help his teammates make plays is his biggest attribute on the football field.

When asked about factors in his college decision, he said,"I have to make sure my family agrees with my decision and I want to be close to home, so they can see me play. Family is very important to me."

Will Wilbert stay close to home? And just exactly how close? Stay with Scout.com for the answers to these questions and more.
