One way to standout though is to come to a camp as an individual and put up great numbers. Cornerback Julian Whitehead did just that.
Whitehead weighed in at 5-10, 189 pounds and ran a superb 4.50 40 and 4.30 shuttle. A very good 33-inch vertical jump and 9 feet, four inches standing broad jump were also highlights of his performance. He certainly raised his stock in Atlanta and he's already drawing attention from a few programs.
He plans to hit the summer camp circuit hot and heavy once school is over.
"I'm going to hit a lot of camps and go to all I can. Georgia, Georgia Tech, Auburn and North Carolina are just some I'm going to."
Julian had a very good junior year. "I had 34 tackles, twointerceptions, seven pass breakups and one forced fumble."
