Hollywood, Fla.--Kamar Aiken
is one of the top two-way players in South Florida. At 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds, Aiken is being recruited by some schools to play receiver and others to play safety. He talked about the latest on the recruiting front.
"I'm up over 20 offers," Aiken said. "It's been going really well so far. The only one that I like that hasn't offered yet is Miami and I'm going to their one-day camp on June 11. Their receivers coach came to one of our practices and he wants me to be at their camp. Hopefully they'll offer."
Aiken, whose most recent offer is from Texas A&M, has a top three of Miami, Florida and Auburn.
"Florida's been recruiting me hard from the start," the Chaminade Madonna High standout said. "They are like a big family up there. I haven't been to Auburn yet so I wanna see if I can get up there. Miami is close to home so location is working in their favor. I'm still doing all my research right now."
