Highly Regarded Lineman Checks Out AU vs. LSU

A football recruiting report features one of the top prospects in Georgia.

Columbus, Ga.--One of the more impressive offensive line prospects in the South was at Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday to check out the Auburn vs. LSU game.

Antwane Greenlee, a 6-5 1/2, 300-pound offensive tackle from Hardaway High School, says he enjoyed watching the SEC showdown in person.

"It was an exciting game even though it was a low scoring game," he says. "I like ones like that one that aren't decided until the final play. I was impressed with both teams."

Auburn prevailed 7-3 to improve to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the Southeastern Conference.

Greenlee says he also liked the game day atmosphere on the Auburn campus. "It was intense and kind of crazy, but that didn't surprise me because I had been there (Jordan-Hare Stadium) before," he says.

Greenlee is rated as a four star prospect by Scout.com. He was an early verbal commitment to Florida State, but changed his mind and later decided to commit to the Georgia Bulldogs.

When asked if the trip to Auburn means he is still looking around, Greenlee says that not the case. "I am committed to Georgia and that is where I plan to go," he notes.

Greenlee adds that his season is off to a good. "We are 2-1," he says. "I am playing offensive tackle and I play defense in goal line situations."
